Got to the hotel the room we booked was not available. Gave us a different room no power let’s to charge my phone. The only power outlet in the room was covered over with tape absolutely no tea kettle water whatsoever to make a coffee or to do anything no water pressure whatsoever For the shower TV didn’t work out to talk to them two times to get the TV working baby teddy bear went missing out of the room when they cleaned their room talk to them about it. They told us that they did not have it but as we insisted that they must’ve taken it out with the other blankets. They said they were gonna check and they came back with it so they did accidentally or whatever take it out of our room.
